Global Marketing Warranty

Regular Global Marketing Scooter comes with a 90 day limited manufacturer's warranty. Large moped-style Global Marketing Scooter come with a 180 day limited manufacturer's warranty.

IMPORTANT: You MUST register your warranty within 10 days of receiving your scooter. Otherwise, the warranty is NULL and VOID. Call back to our office to register your scooter .

NOTE: If you have already registered for the dealer warranty, your Global Marketing warranty has already been activated. Thank you for only registering once.

The limited manufacturer's warranty covers defective batteries, engine parts and metal frame. Global Marketing will cover ground shipping of replacement parts. Global Marketing reserves the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. Global Marketing shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

NOTE: Global Marketing is able to provide you with repair services; however, you must pay for the cost of all parts, $25 per hour for labor and round-trip shipping to and from the Global Marketing facility.

Global Marketing Warranty

All Global Marketing scooters come with a 30 day parts & labor warranty. Warranty is vaild if a scooter has malfunctioned due to manufacturers defect. This 30 day warranty covers all parts and labor necessary to restore product back to working condition. This 30 day warranty does not cover user negligence, error or recklessness.

Global Marketing Warranty

Global Marketing carry a one year limited manufacturer's warranty on the frame that begins on the date of purchase.

Pocket Bikes Warranty

All Pocket Bikes come with a 30 day parts & labor warranty. Warranty is vaild if a Pocket Bike has malfunctioned due to manufacturers defect. This 30 day warranty covers all parts and labor necessary to restore product back to working condition. This 30 day warranty does not cover user negligence, error or recklessness. All Pocket Bikes come with a 90 day limited manufacturer's warranty.

Global Marketing Warranty

Manufacturers products carry a 90-day Limited Manufacturers Warranty, with proof of purchase. This warranty is extended to replacement parts and necessary labor of covered products for defects in material or workmanship. Manufacturers warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires, or batteries).
